Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not place an order, reserve a delivery date or create a paid project. An enquiry reference identifies your submission; it does not mean a project has been accepted.
Scope, deliverables, prices, taxes, payment milestones, timelines, revisions, cancellation, refunds and support will be set out in a separate written proposal or agreement before work begins. That agreement governs the project.
Using the site responsibly
Please provide accurate contact information and share only material you are entitled to use. Do not send spam, malicious code, unlawful content or information belonging to someone else without permission. Do not attempt to access private areas or interfere with the website.
Please keep passwords, payment card details and sensitive personal records out of the enquiry form.
Content and ownership
Original Whycode branding, text, artwork and other website materials are owned by Whycode Labs or used with permission. Please ask before reproducing them. Third-party materials and software remain subject to their own licences.
You keep your rights to materials you share with us. Ownership, licensing and handover of commissioned work will be covered by your project agreement.
Examples and external services
Website mockups and product demonstrations illustrate possibilities. Features, results and delivery times depend on the agreed project scope. We do not promise a particular sales result, search ranking or business outcome from the examples shown here.
Links to WhatsApp and other external services take you to services with their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and operation are outside our control.
